Community Support
Community Support
We strive to be a positive force in the Lebanon, Wilson county, and middle Tennessee area. Our ministries include:
We strive to be a positive force in the Lebanon, Wilson county, and middle Tennessee area. Our ministries include:
- Compassionate Hands - we provide overnight shelter, a hot shower, laundry services, and food to unhoused members of our community.
- Matthew 25 Bags - we provide tote bags containing some of life's essentials (e.g., packaged food, toiletries) to unhoused individuals.
- Juneteenth Street Festival - our congregation participates and financially supports the Wilson County Black Historical Committee's annual Juneteenth celebration
- Valentine's for Seniors - our children made and delivered Valentine's for residents of the Pavillion assisted living community.
- Vacation Bible School - each year we host a Vacation Bible School for community children
- Special monthly collections - each month, we dedicate a special collection to local and regional organizations including, The Table, All for Him Ministry, and Santa's Workshop.
